Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We suggest you wash a load of towels the night before and put into the dryer. Start a load of towels before you leave in each washer (one on each floor). Laundry is always a reason for extra fees.
Wipe off the counters.
Let us know of any concerns or repair issues before you leave.

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 24.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
