Aquitaine - Gironde - MEDOC, 4 km from the ocean, 60 m² house for 4 people (2 bedrooms) with a private indoor (6x4) heated pool (from mid-April to October), Jacuzzi (2 places). Its 100 m² wooden terrace, garden furniture, loungers, barbecue, solar shower, and two adult bicycles await you for rides on our numerous cycle paths. The 900 m² fully enclosed garden is not overlooked.
Shops nearby. Water sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 1.5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center.
Located in the heart of the Médoc, close to the Route des Châteaux with its world-famous vineyards!
This house consists of:
A very bright living room/lounge with a bay window opening onto the terrace. 1 double sofa bed, shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, built-in electric oven, 4 gas burners, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and microwave.
There is a table and chairs for 4, a TV, a double sofa bed, and a large closet.
Two bedrooms with double beds and closets (one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and the second bedroom with a 160 cm bed). Sheets and towels are provided.
Outside, there is a barbecue, a table and chairs for 4, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a solar shower (a second bathroom for summer use).
The chalet is located in the town of Grayan, 9 km from Soulac/mer, 10 minutes by car, and 7 km from Montalivet.
Our supervised, very natural beach is located 4 km away (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike), and you'll find sports activities for your children on site. Heading up towards Le Verdon/mer, you'll find a tourist port with restaurants and sports activities (jet skiing, sailing lessons, etc.). There are also night markets every evening in the surrounding villages (Grayan, Vensac, Talais, etc.).
Going up 10 km, you'll find the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you'll find the Arcachon Bay with the Pyla dune and its oyster beds. You can sample the oysters on site with a view of Bird Island!
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Château David. You'll find features like an indoor pool, a hot tub, and concierge services. The vacation home includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Tolles kleines Haus in schöner Umgebung

Unser Aufenthalt im vollumfänglich umzäunten Ferienhaus mit Pool und Whirlpool war wirklich toll. Ohne Einblick von den benachbarten Grundstücken hat man hier völlige Privatsphäre. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen nett und steht vor sowie während des Aufenthaltes für alle Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist recht klein und für bis zu 4 Personen gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ausreichend, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Da wir die meiste Zeit jedoch am Meer und der Umgebung, oder im tollen Garten verbracht haben, hat und das nicht sonderlich gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Le chalet est bien équipé, situé dans un environnement calme et appréciable. La climatisation ainsi que la piscine est un vrai plus. Séjour à recommander. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que c'est au vacanciers de faire l'entretien de la piscine .

Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes dans cette région magnifique et le logement a été agréable à vivre, fonctionnel et propre. La piscine et le spa sont un vrai plus, nous étions vraiment au calme. Le propriétaire à été accueillant et très gentil. Nous espérons y revenir un jour pour de nouvelles vacances. Très bon séjour. Jacuzzi extrêmement pendant les dernières nuits fraîches de mai pour observer les étoiles (aucune pollution lumineuse dans ce recoin du Médoc). Piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir pendant les journées brûlantes. Barbecue efficace. Les palissades rendent le lieu intime. La cuisine est bien équipée (gazinière, plan de travail, grand évier, lave-vaisselle, machine Nespresso). Le chalet est conforme aux photos. Enfin, l'hôte, M. Tiffon, est très arrangeant, très réactif, très affable.

La région est magnifique, il y a pleins d'activités très sympa à faire. Nous sommes parties entre copines, tout le monde à su trouver sa place et son confort dans le chalet de Monsieur Tiffon. Il est idéalement placé en pleine nature et bien équipé, nous n'avions presque plus envie de sortir découvrir la région tellement nous étions bien entre le jacuzzi et la piscine. Le tout est très propre et fonctionnel. Merci surtout au propriétaire pour la logistique, nous étions en contact dès la réservation et il a été arrangeant jusqu’à notre départ. Bonne vacance aux suivants, nous nous reviendrons!

Wounderfull luxury Area with all needed Equipments

It was the third visit here and the second stay at one of Mr Tiffon´s Houses. The House was very clean, good Standard Equipment, kitchen with all needed Things, BBQ outside, huge area for Kids to Play, big, heated pool, sep. jaccuzzi, parking in closed area. We loved it. This is the best address for an perfect vacation. We will come back ! Alexander
