Oceanfront Splendor with a Touch of Luxury

Get ready to relax in this Grayland true-oceanfront dream. This superb property features three en-suite bedrooms (two with added day beds) each that open directly onto the deck. With amenities like heated bathroom floors, robes, slippers, and heavy blankets for cold mornings on the deck, guests will feel right at home. The four bathrooms with showers and hair dryers ensure everyone's comfort. One bedroom is ADA compliant and the home has an elevator for family use. There is an EV charger in the attached, three car garage. The top floor kitchen is large, and overlooks the ocean. It includes a wine fridge, wine rack, under the counter microwave, and a gas stove for some gourmet dining.
This home is a carpet-free home (except a tiny throw rug by the sofa) to ensure maximum cleanliness.
The Salmonberry neighborhood is a gated community with less than ten other homes. It offers a community pickleball court (we provide pickleball paddles and balls and even a couple of tennis rackets if you want to lob a tennis ball back and forth). We share a private path directly to and from the beach; the path is only steps away from the home!
For maximum beach fun, we offer beach towels, a beach cart, beach chairs, toys for the little ones, some clamming equipment and a few fishing poles.
The top deck offers spectacular views, a gas fire pit and grill, outdoor seating, and a gas grill. The top floor living room has a wall of windows and two accordion doors that open directly onto the deck.
This one of a kind home is brand new and was fully constructed in July, 2025.
