You are walking distance to Houghton Lake (Michigan's biggest inland lake) and a boat launch within a mile for a fisherman/boater's paradise. This home is also centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, ORV trails, and golf courses. Across the street (M55) is an iconic diner (Powell's) for breakfast and lunch. In close proximity are many bars, restaurants and Pines movie theater.

We have a dog hook up available.. If you choose not to use the safety line for the pet the responsibility of the safety of the pet is on the owner.
