me and my family stayed here a few years ago and it was great this time not so much. We ended up having to change rooms the second day cause our room didn’t have any heat and since it was the weekend, they didn’t have any maintenance was not told about the pool, not being available until the day after we got there. The guy at the desk was a little sarcastic, thought he was funny I didn’t and I let him know that and he changed his attitude real quick. The beds were extremely uncomfortable my bed you rolled into the middle of it when you lay down on it and that wasn’t just me that was my husband also like I said they were very uncomfortable. They need new mattresses They were ants in the bathroom and this was in March so I was a little surprised to see that all in all very disappointed and will not be back again.

It is an older building, however, they need to clean all the moss growing in the window seals, get new windows, and everything was dusty; including the floors. I did like the little Dove bar soaps that was provided in the room.

Room was fine except would have liked daily housekeeping & enough towels for the amount of people in room. I didn't know that housekeeping was not done daily and 1 large towel was not enough for 2 people

Great place!

The check-in process was seamless, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a bit dated but very clean, pool was nice and warm, and breakfast was yummy!
