The breakfast wasn’t great. Elevator didn’t work so it was tough hauling luggage up a couple floors. Plow guy plowed me in.

Was not informed that the elevator was broken, and was placed on the third floor, room was clean but the bathroom was dirty, found hair in shower and whirlpool tub had to clean twice due to black stuff coming out if the jets. The morning's breakfast was ok, but the pancake maker was also broke. I did inform desk and a note was taken but not much apologies.

Absolutely ridiculous! I booked a jacuzzi suite for Valentines Day, a month+ in advance. When we arrived our room had no jacuzzi. One of the busiest weekends of the year for Gaylord so there were no rooms anywhere. We were forced to stay in a room I didn't reserve. Then because I spent so much time at the front counter checking in and trying to figure out how this happened, we were late getting to our skiing excursion. Very disappointed. Feel like I was taken for a ride by an absolute scam of a setvice. I will NOT be using Orbitz EVER again.

Noise transfer was an issue. The room next door to us was partying past 2:00am and it was very loud. I called the front desk at 1:30am and advised the staff of the issue but the noise continued. I called the front desk a couple more times, but no one answered.

When we arrived, there was a winter storm in effect. We understand parking lots and sidewalks will be slippery, but this location had a thick sheet of ice covering the parking lot. All of the other hotels we passed in the area were plowed and appeared clear. The lot was not plowed or salted for ice the two days we stayed. The elevator was not working. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Other than that we had a nice stay. Poor rating due to thick sheet of ice covering the parking lot.
