When we checked in we were on the second floor. They do not have an elevator.I had surgery on my ankle in February and I told them I count not do stairs, so Sarah at the front desk gave us a room on the first floor. She was so nice and accommodating for our needs. I will definitely stay here again.

Our first room had dead little black bugs all over so we were sent upstairs and the room was cleaner but the jets in the tub didnt work and we were really looking forward to that beecause the pool are also had the bugs and the hot tub and pool itself looked dirty the water was not clear to us.
