Everything was good on our visit but did not know that the pool that was advertised was being renovated. Also, this is a minor issue no facial washcloth we’re in the room. All of the towels were there.

The staff was rude especially early morning breakfast staff. She talked trash about us to another guest in the breakfast room. Because I had asked how the coffee thing worked it wasn’t coming out. Midnight staff had an issue with us sitting on the couch in the lobby area by the play ground even tho we were quiet. The pool was down.
