From the start the experience questionable. From the poor check in, to the problem getting housekeeping to come to the room, I was extremely disappointed with most everyone at the hotel. The only person who was working above and beyond was the young man working in the dining area for breakfast. He was very professional and maintained a great work station. He is the only reason that I am not writing an even stronger negative review.

No elevator ?

My husband and I were a bit dismayed to discover our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Had we known this we would have requested a first floor room. It was difficult for us to navigate with stairs, being older and lugging suitcases. Breakfast was very nice. The lady working there was working very hard to keep the food display well stocked.

The room was musty, moist and everything felt damp. We requested a different room immediately but due full capacitycould not be switched. When we asked to check out a day early without charge for the night we didn't use because we were so uncomfortable we resolution was offered. We checked out anyways since we were told a manager was not available and those on duty didn't know how to process a partial refund.
