The hotel staff were not overly inviting. When spoken to, did not even look up from their screen. The room did not feel clean, primarily the engineered hardwood flooring. Possibly great if you have an animal, but reluctant when bare foot. Shower curtain was worn out. TV channel selection was limited. Breakfast offerings were reasonable, however if diet restricted, may be hardpressed to find a healthy choice, other than bananas.

Home away from home.

Need light bulb in lamp next to bed. TV remote was not working properly. We got it going after some effort. Nice room. Always our choice place to spend the night when visiting family.

Breakfast was by far the worse we have ever had …not sure if we just had a bad day with a temporary cooker not. Ended with on in taking family out for breakfast. Second Bed in room was directly below ac unit, your feet were freezing all night and it sounded like a rain storm from the noise of the AC unit all night long. With the hot tub, you could not turn on the unit or else the high chlorine would burn your eyes... staff was nice. We left 1/2 a day early on a two night stay. If you are looking for a cheap hotel to hunker down andthis is the one for you. If you’re looking for something a little bit nicer that is up to standards, don’t waste your time.

We had a suite but it felt like a normal hotel room unfortunately with a, large size bed. Cons - 1. Bathroom is uncomfortable. Not enough place to hang towels, put your clothes when showering or things to set down in the shower or hang if you bring your own shower items. Toilet seat was open/exposed instead of a lid to cover the seat. 2. Refrigerator did not have a place for frozen items. Also seemed like it is getting old because a solid block of ice was forming in the back of the fridge. 3. Black out curtains were not entirely black out. Left side curtain was also damaged. 4. Old fashioned TV could only use cable instead of option to connect with Netflix or prime etc. 5. Gym has no ac. Exercise machine is rusted and old hard to change weights because of the rust. Workout bench was unstable and wobbly. Missing 15lb weights. 6. Eggs for breakfast were not seasoned at all. Very plain. 7. Doors close on their own but are quite loud Pros 1. Very Comfortable bed 2. Overall Clean 3. Took out trash daily 4. Continental Breakfast in the morning 5. AC seemed to work just fine 6. Front desk check in was nice 7. Many stores nearby

We had to inform the front desk that the pool area hadn’t been cleaned in the two days of the four days of our visit, and they still didn’t clean it properly when they did send a housekeeper in to clean. Around the back of the property in the smoking area definitely was very dirty and we informed front desk of this matter as well. I would never stay at this location again.

The property is very dated and furniture is worn. This place could have been a hospital or a older school maybe. Our bathroom sink was cracked, the tub grout was definitely growing something and wasn't sure the elevator would make it. The pool is probably the smallest indoor one I've ever seen and the hot tub slightly bigger than a bath tub. We are a family of 5 and one of beds touches the air conditioner so it's either cold knees or butt your choice.The included breakfast was adequate and parking was included. It's proximity to Six Flags was decent.

Bed was very comfy, and whenever I didn’t have the do not disturb tag on my door, my room would get cleaned which I appreciated. Food options were decent, there was lots available nearby but for healthy food options there wasn’t many if you don’t have a car.

Great breakfast, amenities and parking

The breakfast was great, parking was ample and well lit, there was a pool/sauna, work out room and laundry. The room was dated and it had peeling paint, worn out wood and smelled old. We sprayed room deodorant and that helped. The staff was friendly but not above what would be required of them. It was good for what we needed for a quick visit but it would not be something I would book over and over.
