Hatte ein Vierbettzimmer allein, und trotzdem wenig Platz. Aussicht im 1.Stock auf ein Industriegebäude. Offenbar hatten die Vormieter im Bad geraucht - leichte Geruchsbelästigung. Werde nicht mehr buchen.

Surprise in the room

Pros: Location
Cons: Service
Location: Close to railway station
It should be made clearer in the booking phase if the room is not for your company only. In our case there were 3 strangers waiting.. Everything went well in the end, but it was definitely not what we expected.

Hübsches, relativ zentrales Grazer Hotel/Hostel

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie ein ausgewogenes und für den Preis auf jeden Fall ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und jeden Tag schön gereinigt worden. Für Fragen wurde sich immer ausreichend Zeit genommen, und es herrschte eine entspannte Atmosphäre zwischen den Hotelgästen. Etwa 15 Minuten Laufweg bis zur Stadtmitte (Hauptplatz) und nur 5 Minuten Laufweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Jederzeit empfehlenswert, ich würde bei jedem Grazer Besuch wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

Preiß-Leistung stimmt

Personal war sehr freundlich auch noch sehr spät am Abend. Hatten ein Familienzimmer für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (12, 12) . War leider sehr beengt. Wir vermissten einen Schrank .Konnten unsere Kleider nirgends aufhängen oder einräumen. Dusch/Shampo, Fön, Handtücher vorhanden. Alles im Allen o.k.

Super Kinderfreundlich, ausgezeichnet für einen Kurztrip

Bin alleine mit vier Kindern angereist. Hab das Zimmer äußerst geräumig empfunden und das Frühstück optional täglich buchen zu können, war ein großer Vorteil. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich! Für eine Sightseeingtour (vor allem wenn man mit dem Zug anreist), ist die Ausstattung und der nötige Comfort gegeben. Preis Leistung finde ich Top!!! Jederzeit wieder

Preiswert und unterdurchschnittlich

Ich habe dieses Hotel mit meiner Familie besucht. Das Zimmer entsprach der Größe nach wie sollte es auch anders sein NICHT den abgebildeten Werbefoto. Unser Zimmer war etwa 15qm groß. Für eine Familie etwas knapp. Überraschender Weise mussten wir die Betten für die Kinder selber beziehen. Der Flachbildfernseher war etwa 15zoll groß .Das Badezimmer verfügt über keinen Abluftventilator zumindest funktionierte dieser nicht. Da hat der Innenausstatter ganz schön gespart. Obwohl das Hotel lediglich 3 Jahre alt sein soll, sind die Wände insbesondere im Flur und im Aufzug verdreckt, Bilderrahmen sind abgebrochen. Eine Kllimaanlage bei 30Grad Aussentemperatur wäre schön gewesen. Es hat etwas von einer Herberge. Der Parkplatz ist unbefestigt und schlecht beleuchtet. Das kostenpflichtige Frühstücksbuffe ist sehr spartanisch aber OK. Wer keine großen Ansprüche hat und kurzfristig eine Übernachtung sucht wird hier zufrieden sein.
