Located in Graz, this spacious 200 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine and milk frother. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video conferences, and there’s a TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Underfloor heating with individual temperature control ensures comfort. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books available.

You can park on 3 shared spaces at the house. Public transport is nearby. One pet is welcome, but events are not permitted. Please separate waste into the provided bins for paper, organic, and plastic at the entrance, and close the garden gate upon departure.



The hosts do not live on site. The entire house is yours to enjoy. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee. A 9-hole golf course is 10 minutes away, and the center of Graz—with cafés, bars, restaurants, and sights like the Clock Tower and Kunsthaus Graz—is just 15 minutes away. The South Styrian Wine Road can be reached in 45 minutes.
