Zweckmässiges, sauberes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe. Auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Ladestationen für E-Mobil vorhanden.

Das Team der Reception war komplett unfähig, unsere Zimmerschlüsselkarten mussten mehrmals am Tag neu programmiert werden, da bei jedem zweiten Versuch die Zimmertüre nur mit rotem Blinken reagierte. In 3 Tagen Aufenthalt haben wir so 2 x komplett neue Karten bekommen und mussten 7 x neu programmieren lassen. Eine absolute Zumutung für den Gast, wenn dann nur mit einem "Oh, das tut mir leid" reagiert wird.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vorab möchte mich mich bei Ihnen recht herzlichen für Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns bedanken. Zudem freut es uns, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben uns zu bewerten. Ich möchte mich im Namen meines gesamten Teams bei Ihnen entschuldigen, dass Ihnen nicht unser gesamtes Können gezeigt wurde. Wir sind für jede Art des Feedbacks dankbar, denn nur so können wir unseren Service weiterhin verbessern. Bei elektronischen Zimmerkarten kann es immer wieder einmal vorkommen, dass diese sich entladen und somit die Zimmeröffnungsfunktion gelöscht wird. Gerade bei neueren Smartphones ist dies schon vorgekommen. (Gemeinsames einstecken der Zimmerkarte mit dem Handy) Natürlich ist unser Frühstücksbuffet aufgrund von Corona etwas geschrumpft, dennoch sollte es unseren Gästen an nichts fehlen. Aufgrund von Corona müssen unsere Hausgemachten Marmeladen abgedeckt und gekühlt am Buffet stehen, weshalb diese nicht beim Honig zu finden waren. Sollte es doch passieren, dass das ein oder andere Produkt ausgehen sollte, so ist stets jemand von unserem Team vor Ort und hilft Ihnen in Zukunft gerne weiter. Ich kann mich nur aufrichtig bei Ihnen entschuldigen, dass wir es bei Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht geschafft haben, Sie von unserem Service zu überzeugen. Wir würden uns sehr über eine "zweite Chance" freuen. Bezüglich der Masken ist die aktuelle Bestimmung in Österreich so, wenn die MitarbeiterInnen als auch die Gäste die 3-G Regel erfüllen, dürfen sich diese auch ohne Masken in Lokalen und anderen Bereichen des alltäglichen Lebens frei bewegen. Und sind wir uns doch ehrlich, ein Lächeln einer Mitarbeiterin/eines Mitarbeiters ist doch viel schöner als ein Mund-Nasenschutz. trotz mehrmaliger Anwesenheit im Jufa muss ich den Anmeldeschein immer wieder neu von Grund auf ausfüllen Internetanschluss muss man jedes mal ausdrücklich verlangen Zimmerbadge nicht freigeschaltet bei der Ankunft - zurück zum Empfang
