Gîte de l'atelier, sleeps 15

Very attractive new 190 m² gîte, filled with natural light and featuring a spacious 75 m² living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, large induction hob, dishwasher, plus raclette and fondue sets. The dining area has a large table seating up to 20 guests. The lounge opens onto a vast terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days.



A laundry room with freezer and washing machine is available. There’s an extra room for storing bikes or bulky equipment. The gîte is accessible for guests with reduced mobility.



Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed, and a dormitory with 3 single beds (90 cm) and 2 double beds (140 cm). Two shower rooms are available, one with a WC adapted for guests with reduced mobility, plus 2 separate WCs.



For relaxation, a 4 x 4 m net and a selection of books are provided. The large terrace features a table, 16 chairs, loungers, and a charcoal barbecue. The 800 m² grounds are enclosed. A 1,500 m² play area offers boules, football and volleyball pitches, a swing, and a slide.



Easy, free parking. A karaoke projector is available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi provided.



For large groups, it’s possible to rent two adjoining but non-connecting gîtes (Le Platane and L’Atelier).



The gîte is just 1 km from the Himalayan footbridge, France’s largest pedestrian bridge, and 200 m from the Via Fluvia greenway. Lavalette water sports base is 8 km away. Many hiking trails nearby.



Bed linen and towels are included.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
