• Access: Last half-mile is a steep dirt/gravel road. Most cars and minivans can make it, but 4WD/AWD is highly recommended, especially in winter. Low-profile or sports cars are not advised. Parking at the bottom of the road is available if needed.
• Winter Weather: Snow and ice may occur. 4WD/AWD and snow-rated tires highly recommended for winter bookings. Travel insurance suggested; no refunds for weather-related issues.
• Wood Stove – Available for guest use only from October-April
• Entertainment – All TV’s are streaming only through Roku (no cable TV), bring your logins for all your streaming apps and services.

Private river access on the Cacapon River IS available a short 2 mile drive down the road that is gated and fully available for guest use where you can enjoy a variety of water activities such as swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking etc. Note this lot is shared with other owners on my road but is not open to the general public.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
