Casino was out dated, so many machines but they were all old and uninteractive. Literally felt like the same 20 slot machines in the whole casino just scattered around. Spent more time walking around interested then actually spending my money Bathrooms were disgusting and smelt like porta potty’s. Barley why where to get an alcoholic beverage.. Wouldn’t alow more then one drink at a time. My husband was a mile away on a spit machine and wasn’t able to bring him one…? Hotel fees for nothing basically? Not even a microwave In the room Hotel fees included parking fee but the public has access to the underground parking for free . Spent 25 minutes trying to just park and bring luggage up the the room. Disappointed and under whelmed Will never be going ever agai

We booked this location partially because it had a shuttle - but when we called to book it for our 10 pm arrival, we were told it was only available to 9 pm. So we had to Uber - the first added expense. When we arrived, we were charged a $20. resort fee, that was not listed on expedia, when we asked she said 'it's in small print on the website.' We were only there for 9 hours and even if we had stayed longer, the pool was out of order. We ordered just over $20. in room service food, but once the service fee and mandatory tip was applied it was $35. At check-in, we said we wanted to take the 8 am shuttle, which we were told was booked for us. In the morning we changed our minds and called before 7 to say we wouldn't need the shuttle - only to be told it wasn't booked for us at all. The facilities at this hotel are fine, but they nickel and dime you for service that is not great.

This is the perfect alternative to the traditional airport hotels if you’re planning a night before your flight accommodations. Hotel was new and spacious and offered free parking and has airport shuttle that wasn’t crammed solid like the other airport hotels.

Rooms really clean, beds are comfortable, staff were great! Rachel at check in was extremely helpful. Dinner at Copperhorn was fantastic and Lise was our wonderful server. Cleaning staff were friendly and super attentive. Cons, parking was the worst, I get it’s a busy week, a lot of extra visitors. Found a parking spot with the rest of the vehicles without a “no parking sign” yet woke up to find a $75 ticket on my windshield. Evidently they tried to call my name while I was at dinner but the PA isn’t in there. I do really appreciate the gesture, a voicemail would helped instead. Room was spacious, but definitely have room for a dresser, could have used a few drawers and surprised there’s no microwave, I should have read the fine print, staying two weeks for busines and that would be helpful. But hey, I get it…ish, now. The majority are just here for the casino, just not all of us. Overall, happy the staff make up for the shortcomings. Will book again and give myself the extra 30 minutes for parking and walking to and from my room.
