Stayed 3 nights 9/13-9/16,2025. Great place, clean, 2 queen bed with couch and table--roomy. Pool/hot tub was good and the breakfast is more than what is commonly called continental--there are hot items: scrambled eggs, sausage and/or bacon, fried potatoes, biscuits, etc. May vary a bit each day. Alice is a gracious and efficient server with a smile. Definitely will return if in the area

Great Stay in Great Falls Mt.

WOW! Is the word to discuss our stay! The check-in attendant was so friendly and helpful! Later that evening her mother walked by us as we sat on the bench at the entrance and we talked for a halt hour about all kinds of stuff. The room was fantastic and very quiet and comfortable.

I chose this hotel because it was closely located to the airport. There is also a Dennys next door which is an added bonus. Hotel staff was super friendly!

We stayed 3 days and our room was never cleaned, come to find out they only clean every 4 days! They should at least give clean towels and take out the trash. The desk girl was friendly when we arrived but the desk girl the next Morning was not. The facility is in bad need of some updated or at the very least a facelift. The wallpaper and carpet was in bad need of replacement.

We recently stayed at the Crystal Inn Hotel in Montana for a 4-day, 3-night family vacation and were so impressed. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was wonderfully spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and spread out. We also appreciated how safe and quiet the hotel was, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. A major highlight for our kids was the pool, which they absolutely loved and spent hours in. The complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety of options to fuel us up for the day. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely choose the Crystal Inn again for a future visit to Montana. Highly recommended!
