My room door didn’t work, the staff said the key only worked around the back, pool entrance door. The rooms were dirty, smelled like smoke. We also had two different random men knock on our door one at 10:00pm and one around 12:45am looking for some person who I couldn’t make out their name. We just spoke with them through the door, it felt extremely creepy and unsafe.

The staff were all very friendly. However, if you like to stay at nice places, this is not it. As you walk through the hotel each hallway smells different. It went from smoke pit to senior home. The carpets are in poor shape with lots of stains and tears. I always kept socks on in the room and threw them away upon leaving. When asked if we could shorten our stay as we wanted to look for somewhere else, the front desk stated that we would still be charged our full reservation.. the hallways were crazy noisy with kids running up and down. Walls paper thin, could hear the lady next door talking until midnight. Great if you enjoy eavesdropping but I’d rather not hear every bit of other peoples conversations. I was super surprised to see that so many people have reviewed this place so highly.

The Heritage used to be a favorite hotel then going to Great Fall. Unfortunately they haven’t kept up with the rooms. They are very worn down. Stains on the sheets and lacking a good cleaning. When checking in twice they sent us to rooms that were already occupied with people. Then the key cards wouldn't work to let us inside from the parking lot. We got a pet friendly room for our little frenchie. And she kept finding old food from under the bed and lots of balled up hair. The casino and the pool were the highlights of the hotel.

Rude front desk staff (Jasmin). We were told there was no room available even though we had a confirmed reservation. First we were told we were checking in too late and they gave our room away. Then we were told they had rooms available but not enough housekeeping staff to clean them. Finally we were told there was a problem with the “system” and they couldn’t find our reservation. After more than 30 minutes our confirmed reservation was found and we were given a room. Dirty towel in bathroom. Hotel is dated and rundown. Definitely would not stay again and do not recommend.
