I wish the hotel shared that there was an event going on before or even at the time of booking. There was loud music playing until 10 pm. We have stayed here before and loved it so we thought we’d stay again. This was the last time we will book for this hotel. The halls were full of drunk people shouting at 2:30 in the morning. Broken furniture in the room. Kids running all over the place with nobody seeming to care. All of the staff seemed to not care about being there or doing anything. Room cards didn’t work which was very inconvenient.

There was a long wait to check in and a long trip back to the front desk when pass key didn’t work. Restaurant was closed for a good reason but not informed ahead of time. Missed the breakfast.

Always enjoy staying here. Clean rooms and great pool area. Restaurant is great and conveniently located. Unfortunately our room heater didn't work. Was then relocated to another room and tv did not work. Staff came to fix tv.

The door key cards are still not working in the three months since I last stayed. The maid service that was supposed to occur day 3 did not. Jets in hot tub broke. No staff to run breakfast first morning. Tub was a very slow drain. Breakfast is good and staff running were checking up with everyone on what they could do to help. Good hot shower. The price would have been very good value if it wasn't for all the issues.
