Rather disappointed based on other revies.

NO Wifi in our room! We were supposedly in a "dead spot" with the hotel's routers, with no recourse for us. Front desk never picked up the phone when we called. Pool was nice, grill and casino were both good. Great service at the grill. Breakfast was the usual continental. Hotel hall ways could use paint touchup. Room AC was good, quiter than most. Bed was pretty sofr, saggy

Breakfast was excellent and lots to choose from. I didn’t like the swimming pool, too crowded in the pool. Little kids were playing in the hot pool. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great hotel

They have a few glitches to take care of in the way of room keys and stuff like that but they really work with you just to try to make sure that your stay is as best as it could be. The breakfast is amazing.

There was a wedding the night we stayed and there were many drunk and loud people. That's not the hotel's fault necessarily, but I could hear anyone who passed by. Otherwise it was a comfortable and clean stay. The breakfast was good.

We usued to stay at this hotel many times when our kids were young. We have also stayed when passing through. It was a Best Western then. Since it is not a "chain" anymore, the property need a major facelift. Our room smelled like stale smoke which i assume it has not been updated in many years, if ever. The bathtub had black mold around the edges and in the tiles. The pool (there used to be 2) is tiny and not really larged enough for 2 adults as it is only 3 feel around the edge. It was also filthy! The hottub stunk like it had not been cleaned in forever and in both the water was so murky that you couldn't see your feet. We immediately got out and showered! The breakfast was a nice touch as I don't think it was there the last time we stayed. The price was right as it seemed to be a really expensive area anymore to stay but would think twice next time.

This property is nice. The hot tub and pool area was enjoyable except thr button for the hot tub is outside the pool area and only does 5 minutes at a time. Grest customer service for the breakfast area. Hotel could use some updating. The bar, casino, restaurant is conveneint and the food is great. When i tried to call ahead for an early check in i could never gets through. I would recommended this property.

I was shocked to discover that my room (and others) have windows that just look into the hallways rather than outside. Other than that our stay was fantastic. The staff was overly friendly, the restaurant had amazing food and prices! The complimentary buffet has an amazing selection and is delicious! Rooms were clean and well kept.

Due to staff shortages we were not able to check-in until 430 PM when it states that check-in is at 3. Our room did not have it's own AC and was very warm. Staff was very quick acting on this when we reported this issue and got us a fan to make the room somewhat comfortable.
