No pool, no compensation

Stayed for a hockey tournament. Was extremely disappointed upon arrival that the pool was closed. At no point was anything offered as compensation for this loss. Choosing a hotel with a pool is a big deal for kids and team building, so, to not have that or be offered any discount or compensation is really poor customer service.

I thought staying at this property was going to be nice and fun experience since I’ve never stayed at this property before. I called ahead of time to make sure that the pool would be open before I book this hotel in a week prior and they informed me that the pool is open and running, and so I booked it Just to find out that the pool was closed. What a big disappointment. I would’ve never stayed at the property if that was the case. Not to mention the person stand next-door to me, banging on the wall and put a noise. Complaint saying my music was too loud. When in fact, it was my cell phone and The security person even witnessed that it wasn’t loud but still the man would pound so I went down and spoke to front desk. I also called the Man myself and told him to stop banging on the wall and he said he put a noise complaining for all the children running around in the hallways which Had two floors of groups of kids wrestling matches that were staying at the hotel. It was just not a great experience for a Thursday night. Maybe next time I’ll be able to enjoy it.

We had a pretty good stay, however, there was a bright green light from what seemed to be some sort of alarm flashing in our room all night. It was definitely irritating, but it wasn’t making any noise so we tried to ignore it. Also, there was pink and black looking build-up in the shower on the grout.
