Relax and unwind in this spacious one bedroom/one bathroom home overlooking picturesque Guana Cay Settlement Harbour. Playa Monkey was completely renovated in 2020. Thoughtfully appointed, it includes a full kitchen, dining area and a spacious living area along with a comfortable bedroom and bath. There is plenty of space for family and friends on the fully screened porch or open deck. Listen to the sounds of the Harbour while sipping your morning coffee or grab a cocktail and enjoy the most beautiful sunset on Guana Cay.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign acknowledgement of the following house rules and provide a credit card to cover any damages:
- The property is clean upon your arrival. If left in an unacceptable condition, additional cleaning charges may apply.
- This is a non-smoking property. A minimum $500.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Additional guests will be charged $150 per night per person.
- Management reserves the right to charge the guest credit card for damages.
- Parking is provided for two golf carts per property only
- No parties and no pets

Playa Monkey is the sweetest cottage, perfect location, gorgeous furnishings. Communication and care were top notch. We felt taken care of in a way that is rare, from the accommodations to our transportation to the cottage and the walk through. A wonderful experience.

Second trip!

This was our second stay at Playa Monkey - and I honestly couldn’t wait to get back! The cottage is exactly as pictured and the hosts are so kind and helpful! The cottage has tons of natural light and looks right out over the little bay. It’s walking distance to everything you need - Orchid Bay Marina, Nippers, Grabbers, the market and a few beverage stores. Yet somehow it’s far enough from everything that it feels peaceful and quiet - other than the rooster that likes to make sure you know the sun is up. Kitchen has everything you need, the cottage is very clean and comfortable, I honestly have no complaints at all.We love it here. Can’t wait to come back!

Cute place close to all the fun

This place was great , nice on the inside, there care takers are incredible helpful, and a great price. It’s not really a private place but it’s close to grabbers ,nipper and the grocery/liquor stores as well as dive Guana which has gulf carts, boat rentals, and more, it very easy to get off the fairy and settled in!
