The Space:

The largest condo at SnowPine Village, this year-round retreat is perfect for two families or a large group of friends. The living room is a cozy and inviting space with a gas fireplace as its focal point. A 65" Roku TV and Sonos sound system provide entertainment, while large sliding doors flood the space with natural light and lead to a covered patio with seating, ideal for relaxing after a day on the trails.



For added comfort, mini-split A/C units ensure the space remains comfortable during warm summer months. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, blackout curtains, a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own A/C unit for personalized climate control. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a mini-split A/C unit, and easy access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



A spiral staircase leads to the loft, which offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional full bed. While spacious and open to the main living area below, the loft is best suited for children or more agile guests due to the nature of the staircase.



This condo also includes keyless entry, high-speed WiFi, in-unit laundry, and access to on-site pickleball courts, ensuring convenience and entertainment during your stay. The trails at Holiday Valley offer incredible hiking and biking, while Spruce Lake provides opportunities for paddleboarding and kayaking. For thrill-seekers, the adventure park and mountain coaster offer a fun way to experience the mountain in the warmer months.



When winter arrives, guests can take advantage of true ski-in/ski-out access, with direct entry to both the SnowPine and Sunrise lifts. A ski locker is available for storage, making it easy to transition between the slopes and the warmth of the condo.

The Neighborhood:

The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.



Getting Around:

You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends. During the ski season there is a shuttle that will pickup in the parking lot and take you to the lodge at Holiday Valley.



Other Things to Note:

🚶 Stairs from parking lot: Steps lead down from the parking lot to the building entrance.

🏠 Stairs to the unit: Additional stairs are required to reach the condo itself.

♿ Mobility note: These stairs may be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns.

🔄 Loft access: The loft is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase.

👶 Child safety: The loft may not be suitable for small children.

🚗 Winter driving: A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter due to snow and ice.

🅿️ Winter parking limit: Two cars per unit on weekends and select holidays. 2 guest parking passes are provided in unit.



Holiday Valley offers year-round activities, including:

🛶 Paddleboarding & kayaking at Spruce Lake: Seasonal access through the resort.

🚵 Mountain biking & adventure courses: Offered by Holiday Valley with varying seasonal availability.

🎢 Mountain coaster: Operated by the resort and subject to weather conditions.

⛳ Golf: Available at Holiday Valley during the golf season.

🏊 Tamarack pools & cabana bar: Summer only; access is not included with the stay and must be purchased directly from Holiday Valley.

Interaction with Guests:

You will check yourself in and out. I am available via messaging. I try to respond as soon as possible, however, any message after 8pm may not be seen until the next morning.

This condo offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
