During ski season, guests can take advantage of ski-in/ski-out access while the lifts are operating, typically from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A free shuttle to the base of Holiday Valley is also available at any time. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry area on the ground level and are available for guests to use.

- There are also several stairs required to access the condo. Guests must take stairs from the parking area to the building and then another set of stairs down to the ground-level unit after entering the building. Guests with mobility concerns may want to keep this in mind when booking.
