Broads Cottage by East Ruston Cottages
Well presented cosy cottage moments from beautiful walks around the Norfolk Broads. A short drive to numerous dog friendly beaches and a great dog friendly pub a short walk away! Sleeping six over three bedrooms (one ground floor with ensuite) and a further shower room upstairs. Four dogs are welcome free of charge.
Kitchen/Diner
The well appointed modern kitchen is spacious and bright. There is a dishwasher, washer-drier, electric oven, ceramic four ring hob, microwave and under counter fridge with ice box. To the right is a dining area to comfortably seat six.
Lounge
Carry on through to the lounge where there is a four and three seater sofa. There is hardwood flooring and large rug. The shelving has a host of games to play and there are throws provided for the sofas.
Downstairs Ensuite Bedroom
Back through the kitchen to reach the downstairs bedroom with kingsize bed. There are bedside tables with lamps and a view over the garden. The large ensuite wet room has a walk in shower and freestanding bath, WC and basin.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom has a standard double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
Bedroom Three
Bedroom three has two 3′ single beds, tall boy for storage and a hanging area.
Upstairs Shower Room
The upstairs shower room has a walk in shower, WC and basin.
The driveway has parking for up to three cars beyond the 5-bar gate making it a secure exit for your dogs. The parking area is within the garden which is fully fenced. There is an outside dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.
