Enter Bulmer Cottage into a lovely large and airy entrance hall. Here is access to upstairs via the forward staircase. The large downstairs bathroom is in front of you with a double walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.

From the hall you walk into the living area where there are comfortable sofas, a traditional wood burner and a TV. At the back of the living area there is a set of Norfolk-winder stairs to take you up to the second bedroom. Through the living area you'll find a separate dining room with seating for 6, and then the modern kitchen which runs the length of the property. There is a double oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher for your use. The kitchen has access to the large enclosed rear courtyard with seating.

Upstairs via the front staircase from the hall you will find the third bedroom with two 3' single beds. Opposite here is the main bathroom with roll-top bath, separate single walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. Straight ahead is the main bedroom with views over the pretty courtyard garden. There is a double bed and wardrobe. There is an inter-connecting door to the second bedroom which also has a double bed. The second bedroom has views over the front of the property and access to the living area via the second staircase.

There is off-road parking on the driveway for two cars. Bulmer Cottage welcomes two dogs free of charge and are allowed in all downstairs living areas. They may join you on the sofas if throws are used (please bring your own). The cottage is close to the church in Winterton-on-Sea, and is a 10 minute walk from the beach.
