Inside, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area designed for sociable holidays. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family meals. The dining area provides plenty of space to gather together, while the comfortable seating area, complete with a TV and WiFi, is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.



The master bedroom features a luxurious super-king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a private en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The twin bedroom also benefits from a wall-mounted TV, making it perfect for children or additional guests. A separate family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC adds extra convenience. Guests have the option for a sofa bed in the living room for an extra place to sleep. This must be requested at the time of booking.



Outside, the wraparound decking offers the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee, dining al fresco, or simply unwinding in the fresh sea air. Two well-behaved pets are also welcome, so your four-legged companions can join in the holiday fun.



Guests at Osprey Court can take advantage of the fantastic facilities at California Cliffs Holiday Park, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports courts, live entertainment, a children's club, a Premier shop, the Boat House Restaurant, a traditional pub with pool tables, and even a petting area with friendly goats and llamas. All site facilities close at the end of October.



Ideally situated, the lodge is just 0.4 miles from Scratby's sandy beach and local pub, with a shop only 0.1 miles away. The traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is a short drive away, while the Norfolk Broads and the historic city of Norwich offer plenty of opportunities for days out and adventure.
