With one double bedroom with en suite W.C., two twin bedrooms and additional sleeping in the living area on the sofa bed. The living area is spacious with a comfy corner sofa, flatscreen tv and a lovely fireplace making it perfect for those cosy nights in. The kitchen and dining area is Open-planned and has all the utilities required to make breakfast, lunch and dinner and is also perfectly designed so that all friends and family can still enjoy each others company whilst cooking as the dining table is within the kitchen area. Outside you have your own decking area with extra space furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning cuppa or indulging in a family meal under the stars at night.

If you keep strolling north you’ll end up at the award winning Sea Palling beach and if you go in the opposite direction you’ll pass through the quaint Norfolk villages of Winterton and Caister. A little further and a short trip by car you can enjoy the family fun seaside town of Great Yarmouth where you’ll find an abundance of arcades, rides, shops, bars and restaurants. You can’t go to Norfolk without spending some time in the Norfolk Broads, if you head into Wroxham you’ll be able to hire a day boat, enjoy some food and beverage by the river and have a walk around the independent shops.
