Jean the landlady was really friendly and very welcoming and the property was fantastic. beds were really comfy rooms decorated superbly breakfast was just amazing and so much choice. Nice quite location good sea views aporox 10 min walk to seafront. We would not stay anywhere else when we return to Yarmouth.

Two day break for me and hubby as went to yarmouth horse race's. Hotel was spotlessly clean and bright decor, in a front room so were able to see the sea. Breakfast was hot and tastey with plenty of choice and served with a smile. We would definately book again if going to Great Yarmouth !
