The pool was green and moldy. Could not swim at all during our stay. The mini fridge in the room did not stay cold and ruined our leftovers, which we brought back with us. The heat lamp in the bathroom did not have a heat lightbulb; it was just a regular bulb. The elevator looks as if it has never been cleaned. Staff was friendly though.

Broken hot tub and broken home.

The hot tub was broken and smell of it almost made me puke. I could barely stay in there to take my granddaughter swimming for 20 minutes. Which was really sad because it was a rough night for us already and it wasn't comfortable at all We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because the TV channels wouldn't come through. The thing that I can say about here is that the staff is kind The people that work there are nice it's just the hotel is not good I would have asked for my money back but I didn't.

The drain in the bathtub didn’t work, reported it on Thursday and they said maintenance would not be in until Monday. Hot tub was closed due to then running out of the chemical to keep it from overflowing. Staff was very nice though!!

We booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when we showed up we were informed that they didn’t have any rooms available except 1 king bed which didn’t work for our family.

Checking in was great. The staff was great and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was great as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a small fitness center, which was great for a quick workout. The room was a bit too hot though. The rooms were clean, but my only downside was the mattresses. I like to lift up the bedsheets and mattress pads to check for bed bugs (I had a very bad experience with bed bugs at a previous hotel in Denver and have since checked thoroughly the beds and mattresses). The mattresses were a bit dirty with crumbs. It would be nice if the cleaners vacuum them once in a while. Other than that, I have no complaints.
