I called to make sure my daughter could check in before making the reservation, after being told yes and paying for the room. No one said anything about extra fees to check in. Then the room was nasty, not clean at all. Staff wouldn't give her the deposit that they required when she checked in. So the room as $130 instead of the $77 I already paid!! Such crap THEN NO Breakfast!! It had said breakfast in the website.

The front desk employee told me that I would be given a room that had no previous pets (to her knowledge). There were dogs all over the property. Some on leashes, others roaming. Other residents were smoking just outside of the doorways, screaming at one another. It was clear that some of the rooms were utilized as long term housing. This was not a safe environment for children. We were unable to stay at the hotel due to my daughter's severe allergies to dogs. The hotel refused to refund any of our payments. I'd asked that we be refunded at least 3 of the 4 nights as I'd have to incur expense of booking elsewhere. They refused to refund any of our stay.

This hotel is extremely dirty. The communication with staff is extremely poor. There was dog poop in the room. They gave me a room that smelled like smoke. I checked in for a night and was told to leave the same day I checked in. I called ahead of time to let them know I was on the road. The lady specifically told me over the phone and the lady that checked me in said I did not have to check out until Wednesday at 11 AM, I had a housekeeper come knock on my door to tell me I needed to check. I was going to be charged another night. This place is not recommendable. This is the Most Horrifying Pl.,. Expedia can give someone to stay at. I wouldn't even let my dog stay in this hotel , I didn't even have a chance to shower. I had to hurry and get out sheets the bed everything was stained and nasty. This place should be shut down.

Run down hotel, dirty bedding. Full of scary looking people, homeless loitering around the property. Did not feel safe staying there. It looks like there are longer term residents living there, very sketchy individuals. Breakfast is non existent, some cereal and a waffle maker. Coffee was out at 8, I was told when the pot of coffee in the breakfast area is out, they will not make more. Avoid this place.

I paid for a room as I have done for the last few weeks. When I arrived from Denver to check in the girl at the desk demanded a 70.00 cash deposit for the room I already paid for. This motel is full of drug addicts and the mess and noise is terrible. Then the employees try to scam you out of cash.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom the first night I was there which I killed. I talked with the receptionist when I checked in to confirm reservation thru May 17, checking out Sunday, May 18 & she confirmed that was correct! Then when I went back to the hotel the evening of the 17th, my belongings had all been removed!!! The receptionist stated there had been attempts to call me-I recieved NO phone calls!! Very disappointed in this experience!!!!!!!

The area is somewhat isolated and not an area you would want walk much. there's a gas station, some sort of food service warehouse, and liquor store. Didn't appear to be much else close enough to walk. Drive of several blocks is required for restaurants.
