We came for a 2 night stay when we got there they sent us to a room that the jets in the tub didn’t work and the sink was leaking to where there was a decent size puddle on the floor when we went down to talk to the desk we were told that room was out of order prior to our stay they then had us moved to another room that had a leaking sink as well just not as bad the refrigerator did not keep the food cold and the tub faucet was extremely loose so we went down to talk to the desk the guy we talked to was new took a note when we hadn’t heard anything back from them we went down to talk to them they told me the the fridge was fine just set down to low but by the next day still wasn’t cold she said that she went into the room and they would look at it after we check out and those 3 women were so rude and for some reason all three of them were taking AT me with extremely rude tones and dirty looks I think it is absolutely acceptable for anybody in the service industry to approach a situation in such an unprofessional manner. I would expect more from somebody that’s in hospitality. Neither me or my husband were extremely happy about our stay and with the amount of money that we paid, it should’ve gone a lot better than it had.

Room was good, except the bathroom fan did not work, and the toilet clogged first use. One of us sliced our foot open on the pool stair first time going in it. MOST of the staff showed concern and tried to be helpful. Breakfast was underwhelming, while I do realize it was free, we hardly had any options for the 8 days we were there. The exact same things were served for 6 of the 8 days, with only a slight variety for 2 of them.

There were people smoking weed near my room. When I woke up to get ready for a work event, all of my belonging reeked and made me embarrassed to walk around colleagues. It stunk the whole floor so I’m surprised nothing was done by management. There was also no WiFi, so I had to work from a cafe versus from the desk in my room. Comfy bed and pillows though, very clean room which was awesome and I appreciated.

Every thing was great the only issue we had was my cousins tub in their room the jets didnt work and the pool machine ate two of our dollars. When my husband went and told the guy at the desk he said i know ive told them before didnt even offer to give him his two dollars back or put a sign on the pool table.

When we walked in the room it smelled so bad moldy musky. I frebreezed and got room fresheners and still couldn’t get rid of smell. Then the first night I walked in the bathroom the floor was covered with water. Staff was very friendly though

Unfortunately what they charge for a Packers home game is complete gouging. This hotel is not even close to $475 a night…more $175. We had no other choice in the area due to last minute trip. Property was clean, newly remodeled and bed was comfortable. But that’s about it. Definitely a 2 star property. And reasons for that…linens/bed pillows feel old, shower pressure non existent, toilet ran every time it was flushed so we had to remove top each time to adjust, carpet in bedroom was wet. But locations was great to stadium…easy to get to. And I will say it is very quiet in the rooms. Jusr don’t expect much.
