Overnight parking on Green Bay city streets is prohibited between the hours of 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Larger, longer vehicles may need to call City of Green Bay overnight parking at 920-448-3438 for permission to park on the street overnight. Safety features include fire blanket in kitchen drawer and fire ladder in the 2nd story dresser. Home also features motion activated lighted staircase to 2nd floor. Please park vehicle in driveway overnight as parking on the street in Green Bay from 3 a.m. - 5 a.m. is prohibited. Please pick up pet waste daily.
Our home is located in a very nice friendly neighborhood so we expect all of our wonderful guests to be considerate of all of our wonderful neighbors.
NO SMOKING, candles, incense or flames of any sort in home. Smoke sensor is installed inside. A $500 fee will be charged if this rule is not followed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Green Bay. The house was impeccably updated and decorated. The stocked coffee nook and snack basket were pleasant surprises! Our dogs (and us) loved the private fenced in yard. Everything was clean and easy!
