poor service when its not football weekend

I really dont want to stay here in future, but it wasnt completely bad. only 1 person on desk duty @ 230pm because no football weekend? the advertised heavily, in-house Starbucks does not use actual ingredients for drinks from official recipes, my hot mocha tasted like mostly milk with very little coffee (which i added from coffeemaker in room). pool was ok, but parents clearly didnt gicare about their kids (2yrs-5yrs) in jacuzzi taking up room. meanwhile, the main pool was not heated, but kids pool with slide was warm! breakfast was ok but i asked for med-well steak and got bloody med-rare instead. fixed quickly, thank you! Only 1 server on duty for breakfast (he also handled the Starbucks) and bar and cashier duty. i literally saw 3 people come down for coffee but the old guy server was off into kitchen handling orders for diners. pathetic. I was told by desk staff and the old server/bartender/starbukky barista that they were under-staffed due to NO Packer game that weekend! yet, there were a minimum of 4 housekeepers doing a great job but were constantly using main elevator (which delayed me and others) multiple times thruout the afternoon.

Just okay.

We were in town for a fundraiser we were hosting and stayed here two nights. The entrances very beautiful. Customer service wasn’t really great lots of unknown answers to questions. Our room was nice size bathroom was small. However wallpaper was falling off walls and there was some black stuff around the AC unit.. Friday night the hotel was nice and quiet Saturday night was a different story. Seemed to be a birthday party going on lots of kids running up and down the halls.

The hotel had a few unfortunate issues. First we got into room that Thermostat didnt work and had no air flowing. We were quickly moved to another room, no problem. My girls were enjoying themselves in pool when someone who got a pool side room had a bday party inviting close to 30 people. People had kids climbing up the slide hanging all over parts of the slide and throwing footballs at people on the slide which ended with a football to my childs head. It was insane in pool area. Then to top off the weekend someone set an alarm in our room before hand and it started going off in the middle of the night. Not sure we will be back

Wifi was awful- almost unusable. Smart tvs are available but when we signed in it was buffering the whole time and we were unable to watch. We were put in a room with a pool view and it was incredibly loud up until a little past 10 pm. We have small children so this was not great. Then, I had a charge on my card after we left. We did get a drink at the bar so that was fine but they double charged me for taxes (state and occupancy) and there was a $5 Parking lot maintenace fee- which I was unaware of. It's apparently on their website but when we checked in the lady said my card would be used for incidentals or anything charged to the room. No mention of the parking lot fee. After a run around I did get reimbursed for the taxes and parking lot fee. I don’t see us returning to this hotel. Our kids did like the slide and that pool was warm.

The swimming pool area is nice with 2 pools, one with a slide, a whirlpool, an open pool & splash pad. Down side to that is if you have a room facing the pool area it’s very noisy as everything echos in the pool room.

Small rooms, dirty, only 1 option for food was not open very much. The pics online made this look like a very nice hotel, it was far from that. Run down, and dirty. Whatever air freshener they are using is HORRIBLE!!!! It gave me such a bad headache anytime I was in any area other than our room. I am very disappointed in the price we paid, I thought I was getting a MUCH nicer hotel by the Pictures.
