The Birchwood sleeps up to 8 people with ample room to spread out. The first level hosts a family room, full kitchen, snack bar, dining room, wet bar, full bathroom w/ tub, and 4 bedrooms (one king & three queens). The finished lower level features a family room, pub table, foosball table, mud room, and full bathroom w/ walk-in shower.

Outside, a 2-stall garage and driveway provides free, onsite parking. The back features two separate patios, gas grill, outdoor dining area, and a backyard large enough for sports and yard games.
