The room was fine. The staff was also fine with the exception of 'Tommy' in the restaurant. He could not have been more rude and condescending. He is going to cost you a lot of business with his attitude.

Room was amazing. So spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. The customer service absolute the worst! I checked in online super easy loved that. When I checked in at the hotel. The lady gave me my keys said nothing else! I had to ask what room number where the elevator was and what the WiFi password was. And she was rude about it. I called the morning of and asked about early check in- $60 and if I could possibly switch rooms that was an absolute no even though they had it available! Just not friendly at all. The morning getting coffee again workers can’t say good morning or be friendly. Not impressed!
