Loved this great hotel, it was clean, it had a lot of great qualities. The only things that I would change are: the beds; super uncomfortable; the toilet in our room was very low to the ground; and I’d actually have pool towels for the pool.

was not able to check in due to numerous policies and procedures that was noted or informed to me upon me making reservation. I have stayed here numerous time in the the past 3-5 years and never experience a poor check in process. I have even stayed when I found a snake in the pool but still proceeding to continue to stay. So grateful for the compensation that the GM, gave me for my next stay the following month in spite of the snake mishap. But now I attempt to visit again due to my travel to property in Burlington to check on my rental house and I get treating in such a way at check in. The young lady cancelled my reservation. Thanks.
