My husband and I had an idea to turn part of our large wooden detached garage space into a quiet VRBO rental for those visiting High Point and surrounding areas.

The apartment is 1,000 sq.ft and fully furnished, 3 queen size beds, walk in shower, 2 chairs/loveseat in the living room area with a 55”tv/wifi, coffee buffet, microwave and mini refrigerator.ABSOLUTELY No smoking/drugs of any kind is permitted inside or outside the premises No parties, gatherings, loud music or pets

Quiet Cozy Stay

My friends and I stayed here for a night and it was great! The place is super cute and cozy. The beds were comfy, the decor was adorable, and it was clean (which is a huge factor for me). The location was nice and quiet, tucked in against the woods. Jeanne was very helpful and was very communicative for the whole process. This place is great for a tight knit group who don’t mind closeness in proximity.
