The hotel is old and is certainly not what I expect from a Double Tree experience. The only bright spot was the security guy, Mr. Benson. He provide exceptional service after hours of trying to resolve an AC problem.

Wonderful staff. Front desk person, Angela, was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I will never stay here again. Ever. I got zero rest which was why I had come. I was given a handicapped room, which I did not ask for, in which the shower was so gross I didn’t use it. The wall mirror was dirty and smudged. The mini fridge was placed by the window and coated in dust. The mattress must have been super old bc it was like sleeping in a canoe. My back is hurting now. I’m just waiting for daylight so I can go home! I feel like I have thrown money away and I’m so upset.

The building appears to be falling apart, with lopsided floors and horrible beds with dents. Housekeeping rushed us out. Check-out was at 12, but they knocked on the door three times before 10 am. We did not have a do not disturb sign

The staff was very nice, the area and room was clean and neat and it was nice and quiet. The Gate City sports grill was really slow and short staffed so we couldn’t dine there before our show but hopefully we can try it next time. Overall we had a nice experience

We were surprised to find there was not a refrigerator or microwave available. Also the king size bed mattress was ridiculous! It was worn out! The edges were weak. Then when you got in bed it forced you to roll to the middle.

Went for a concert. Tried to check in at 4:30 pm. Was told rooms weren’t ready. Had about 4 reservations ahead of me waiting on rooms. Felt like a text or a heads up would have been appropriate. Only one service elevator working. Had to wait for 15 mins just to get on elevator. My room was on the 10th floor. We made our concert. Other people missed it due to late check in time and the shuttle to the venue being late and inconsistent. Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed in
