This property was NOT clean. There were stains on the wall in our room, the garbage can was oozing some sort of black goo which was not cleaned up during our entire stay. I had to tell the front desk that the elevator was covered in a spill but it was not addressed until late that night. The WiFi was TERRIBLE throughout the property - regular phone service was also terrible. At check in I was asked how many of us there were (3) and was given 3 cookies and 2 bottles of water???? Lastly we ordered food from the restaurant in the evening and both nights (so not a fluke) the food came out cold.

We had a problem with the TV. We could not adjust the volume nor could the maintenance personnel. We are sports fans, and we could not hear the basketball games. Other than that, were pleased.

The property was only so-so... the restaurant was terrible and service slow and understaffed, seemed more pre-occupied with their phones. The absolute worst and driest Roast Chicken w/ Rosemary Jus.. there wasn't an ounce of 'jus' within a mile...!! The potatoes on the other hand were some the best I've ever had.

I arrived before 10pm, I waited for my bag and called the hotel at 10pm and the shuttle was already closed. I had to take an Uber that cost $20 and the hotel is far from the airport. It should not be called an airport hotel. The staff was fine and the hotel OK but I was left stranded at the airport and had to get there myself.
