Great airport location

Great stay as always. I had a flight to catch in the morning and got some good sleep. And having a shuttle to get to the airport makes this location even more convenient. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

We were staying in the area for work so this was a convenient location. Parking was plentiful. Check-in was quick however no one explained that you needed to call down and ask for maid service. We also didn’t get any explanation of breakfast which was included in our fee. Figured out breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 and we had to leave by 6:20. Returning to the room after being gone 16 hours to find it still a mess was a bit irritating. Called down four times and no one answered the phone -finally on the next call someone picked up and apologized and said that you had to call down or stop by and request maid service. I’ve actually never heard of that at any hotel I’ve stayed at, but I guess whatever works for them. She asked what we needed and they did bring some items up to the room. Everything worked fine, room was clean, water pressure was good and hot. Bathroom a bit small but room size was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

The lady at the bar is very nice customer Services in front desk,too. However i was there for 3 night nobody came to clean or pulled out the garbage. Roach was there.
