We ran into unexpected car problems and couldn't make it to Greensboro, therefor we didnt get to use the room we paid for, and also missed our flight to Colorado as well. We tried to get in touch with the hotel but wasn't able to. Lost our money, lost our flight and life has hit us in the face and wallet. We had a great stay. Most of our interactions were with Michael and he was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with both sink and shower not draining. The shower kept spilling water out onto floor. We were in room 510. Maintenance promptly came to resolve issues though the shower continued to be a nuisance without being fully resolved. We had some neighbors who kept us up until 4:00am one night and I could hear them even with ear plugs in. The night when the noise started up again I called front desk and a wonderful desk clerk came up to handle telling them to shut the noise down. Had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. The building was clean and smelled so good upon walking in. It was quick and easy for me to check in and the lady at the front desk was super nice! The only thing was that the WiFi isn’t so good. The TV kept pausing because of it. Other than that, this hotel was a great choice. I’d definitely book again.

Great Value

This is a great stay for the price! The A/C's blower was slow, but it still kept me cool. Everything worked, everything was clean, and breakfast was great, even though it's not included in the fare

I was informed on the day of my stay that my reservation was cancelled. I inquired about why. I was told they had a water leakage, which affected about ten rooms. I tried to reason with them that this was our family reunion weekend, and all my family was there, which was my reason why we felt it was totally ignored. I will not ask for reservations there anymore.

Nice Staff

Everyone in the staff has been so friendly and really gone over the top to help accommodate me. Annie in housekeeping grabbed me extra coffee packets and made sure I had extra towels. She is very thoughtful and nice. Percy at the bar always came out to the pool to make sure I had water or a beverage and that I was doing ok. She also took great care of my for dinner and drinks at the bar. Kevin (or Keith!) at the front desk as well and Symone? have been very helpful in booking extra days for me that I didn't anticipate. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I could keep my same room and that I was taken care of. Joseph the manager has checked on me via email to ensure everything has been seamless and enjoyable. The chef in the kitchen (Brian maybe?) made me a delicious meal ! And was consistently a friendly face. This team is a great one! Thank you.
