Not happy to have to pay $ 75.00 for a pet fee, all other hotels we stayed at only charge $ 25.00. Won’t be staying at any Hampton Inn for future travel. The pet fee was almost as much as what we paid for the room.

Hotel was under renovation. Main entrance was closed and we had to go around to the other side after parking in 30⁰ weather. More signage would help to avoid parking on the wrong side of the hotel.

The hotel did not inform us that it was under renovation. The lobby floor was completely torn up and unsafe to walk on. There are many hotels to choose from in the area, and this oversight and informing tenants before we made a reservation was unprofessional and unfair.
