I had no damaged towel, I just got fresh towels day before and new towel I used once and they say those same new towel I damaged and I know I did not. Then there no recourse they just take money from bogus room inspection. Left my room and towels in good conditions and did not stain or damage a towel. Beware of this hotel and their inspection process because they got it wrong and taking money from customers wrongfully
