The beds were comfortable. The amenities were nice. However, it did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. There was a lot of hair on the floors and the tubs and baseboards/corners were very dusty. Just generally not cleaned. Nice neighborhood and easy to get downtown. We reported being unhappy about the cleanliness and someone showed up at 8am the day before we were leaving to clean! We were sound asleep!!

Our stay at the Modern Bungalow was absolutely exceptional! The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with every detail making it feel both stylish and welcoming. It was spacious enough for our group of five, giving each of us a comfortable room of our own, while still feeling cozy and inviting. After long, busy days at the conference, it was the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We truly felt at home and would gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting Greensboro.

Great house

We stayed here for an event in Greenboro with our three kids and it worked out perfectly. The only thing is that the fourth bedroom is on the other side of the doors with the deadbolts, so we had our daughters share a bed in the main part. Two of the bedrooms had King mattresses so this wasn't a hardship. The owner is super responsive, and the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently located to everything. We will stay here again if we go back to Greensboro.
