Newly renovated modern studio near PTI airport. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This vacation rental is perfect for a getaway or for business trip. Easy access to I 40, I 73 and H68. Enjoy your time with lots of amenities and modern decor. Equipped with 75" smart TV. Feel free to enjoy your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Amazon series, etc with personal log in. Vibrant full bathroom with towels and linens provided. Modern kitchen with built in refrigerator and freezer, electric cooktop, microwave and toaster. Office friendly environment with desk and high speed internet for remote work.

One level with no inside stairs, one queen bed and one queen side sofa bed. Lots of natural light - with plenty of space to kick your feet up and relax- we look forward to hosting you! Please note, this studio is located at the back side of the house (see picture). Has its own separate entrance.
