First the room smell like someone was smoking in it. The spa tub was broken as well, it didnt have any power on the jets and you were unable to adjust. The drain was also broken, it wouldn't hold water. Tired to call the front desk but the phone was also broken so no wake up call either occured which I asked for at check-in 5am. Then there was the cockroachs walking around the ceiling over the TV with the lights off. It was a complete bad experience of all. Should have read deeper into the reviews before staying.
