4 Night Minimum Stay.
ALL EVENTS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL from owner INSURANCE REQUIRED. Small scale events 40 guests or under may be permitted. No outside music after 11pm. Follow Guilford county noise ordinance rules.
Parking on premises for 15-20 vehicles. Depending on size of cars/trucks.

Separate Event insurance required for any event. Must provide event information before booking or at time of booking. Must provide anticipated guest count. Extra fee of 300.00 for gatherings, social functions and any type of celebrations booked after May 1,2025.
