The hotel is lovely. Staffing is minimal. I tried calling for a reservation and was put on hold numerous times without success. I eventually needed to book through Expedia. Also, the cafe is closed on Thursdays and Saturdays so I was not able to get something to eat on property when I returned to the hotel on a Thursday night (I was not aware of the closure).
