I was very disappointed once I checked in I was informed that there's is construction to the hotel they did have signs posted they apologize for the noise however that's too late I paid, I'm there and there's no refunds so that really was a big disappointment. I complained that my room was cold and the heater did not work I went and got 2 blankets at no time did anyone come upstairs to my room to check the heater all 5 cold days at this hotel that's no way to treat your guest. There was mold& mildew build up in the tub and shower gel & shampoo dispenser which. No liquids just mold. Lets talk breakfast I complimented the staff member who did the upkeep on the breakfast buffet I like that the coffee cups were covered in plastic, nuce sanitary. however it would be recommended if you cover up the juice cups and keep them sanitized as well. Other than that the display was on point the food was common nothing spectacular it filled the belly and that's that. Staff members on the overnight tour we're not very friendly or helpful the lady with the West Indian accent didn't seem to want to assist me when I told her my room was cold she didn't bother to tell me she would have somebody come up to look at it and that's disappointing. I practically had to beg her for two blankets, she didn't offer I had to ask. The second day I was offered room cleaning, I declined for the day and they never came back during my stay until I complained. I think I'm owed a discount once construction is done

This was the best room we stayed on our whole trip had a great deal smoking room and it was the best breakfast buffet that we had fresh yogurt everything about this hotel was nice

It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it reeked when I went in. The room was rough in general. I couldn’t stay at the hotel. The front desk was very nice canceling my reservation and apologizing. I was charged for one night even though I didn’t stay there.

This hotel is doing a remodel so they are in the process of offering more amenities. I have not stayed at a cleaner hotel. Our room was so sanitized that it didn't matter the construction going on I do wish they had flavored coffee creamers.
