My room was infested with ROACHES. The hotel offered no help whatsoever. Because I booked through Expedia, I was unable to advocate for myself to get an immediate refund or even a discount. The hotel then denied a refund entirely. The front desk clerk admitted another guest from a different wing had already complained of roaches and said there were no other rooms available — as if that excused the issue. This is a major sanitation and health concern that both Best Western and Expedia completely ignored. The room was filthy on top of that, and the customer service was awful. Absolutely unacceptable experience and complete lack of accountability from both the hotel and Expedia.

The hotel was just what I expected. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the facility was as advertised. The room was very clean, but it was a little tired around the edges - things like missing grout in the shower, slightly discolored carpet - but nothing terrible, and I was satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, and the dining area bright, spacious and clean. The location was convenient to I-385, easily accessible, and felt safe.

After being stranded on I 26 after a tire blow out for almost 6 hours, we were welcomed with open arms as we had the vehicle towed to the local Mazda dealership. What a nice way to end a very stressful day. Thank you for the cup of milk. It made my day. Very friendly front desk staff.
