The bathroom had hair all over it!! We asked for more towels and rags but never got them. We were told we had to ask a different cleaning service? Also, it said pet free it was not!Then we realized our AC unit was full of mold! Our noses have bled and been on fire since we left. I told the front desk they said oh ok we will tell maintenance! Also, there was a hole in the ceiling. So I called back left a message for a manager to call me and it's been 2 days and no call.

Unexpected “service fee”

First hotel we have ever stayed that the hold on your credit card for incidentals does not drop the entire amount of the hold when you check out. They keep $3.00 per day of your stay “service fee”. We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights each.

Worst hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was unpleasant and borderline rude. The walls are paper thin and we had a screaming toddler, coughing man and their loud TV keeping us up until after midnight. The breakfast was disgusting. The room wasn’t very clean.

We had a wonderful weekend stay and only found a problem in the lack of accesible outlets for devices to plug into the TV of the room and also a lack of functional curtains to use to block out the light beaming in from the nearby street light. Beyond that, we would definitely recommend this property.
