We discovered a chip bag under the bed as we were looking for the large grasshopper that was clinging to my blanket cover and jump off and disappeared under the bed. Don't get me wrong other than that room was very clean. Our room was near exit, so im guessing he wandered in. Lol

So disappointed in this property. Check-in and the lobby area set the stage - obvious cigarette smell in the lobby and we were immediately told that the pool was closed due to “maintenance”. Apparently, “maintenance” was lacking in our room also - the tub drain was setting on the floor, the toilet paper holder hanging…..The thermostat did not work properly. Then - breakfast…yes, it was a “free” breakfast. Absolutely inedible- from the substance that was served as maybe eggs to some kind of bacon literally dripping in grease. The selection was limited and very little healthy options such as fruit. Will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

I stayed at Comfort Suites Greenville and had one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I have ever encountered. After sleeping through the night, I discovered that the sheets on my bed had dried blood on them. Blood that was clearly not mine. This is an extreme health and safety violation and absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. When I reported the issue, I expected the property to take responsibility, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, I was met with SILENCE! A guest should never have to worry about basic cleanliness, let alone sleeping in someone else’s blood. This stay was unsafe, unsanitary, and handled poorly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Expedia has been less than helpful. They will in no way help by any means. Be sure not to use Expedia either.

The beds were absolutely terrible, hard as a rock, dipped on one side in the first room then they moved us. No better. Creaked so loud I thought 1984 was calling to get their beds back. I wish I could say I was joking. Breakfast waskt good and coffee was terrible. The staff were really nice but there wasn't anything they could do for us
